In October 2021, the construction of the ClearTV headquarters building began in Binjiang, Zhejiang, and it successfully topped out on October 12th, 2023. The new start of ClearTV came into sight.

This 22-story commercial and cultural complex office building with an investment of 47.1 million USD was designed by Professor Zhang Ming's team of Tongji University. Compared with the Shanghai headquarters, ClearTV’s Binjiang headquarters have three new crucial functions.

"Edge Center + Edge Hardware", integrated software and hardware, completed the terminal mass production base.
The Internet of Things (IoT) has expanded information network connections and services from people to things, opening a new era of the IoT. For example, in the smart ward scenario, various intelligent systems and IoT devices not only improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients and the quality of medical services but also improve the level of hospital information and reduce medical risks.
ClearTV’s Smart Ward Solution
To better improve intelligent solutions, taking "Edge Computing Center" as the core, "Cloud, Edge, and End" as the strategic layout, and "Edge Hardware + Edge Center" as the strategic direction, ClearTV launches self-developed hardware. ClearTV completed the proofing of hardware such as bedside tablets and ward door tablets, and has been successfully put into the market. Up to now, more than 10,000 sets of hardware have been landed, of which nearly 2,000 sets have completed project delivery.
ClearTV’s self-developed hardware not only applies to all scenarios such as healthcare, cultural tourism, government affairs, justice, media, etc. but also actively expands the self-developed hardware territory.
After the completion of the headquarters building, it will be the terminal hardware mass production site. With the help of the Taizhou manufacturing industry, the cost control optimization and the high coupling of ClearTV core algorithm software and hardware will be improved to achieve the optimal solution of experience and cost.

Gather high-tech talents, and strive to build the Silicon Valley in eastern Zhejiang.
During the studies in the United States, the president of ClearTV, Dr. Ye Dejian, realized that to improve manufacturing level and international competitiveness, China must increase added value and upgrade when visiting Silicon Valley. The seeds of China's Silicon Valley were quietly planted in his heart. After many years, the seeds finally found warm soil in his hometown of Taizhou in Zhejiang.

As the birthplace of China's private enterprises and the manufacturing hub of the Yangtze River Delta, Taizhou not only has a stable and flexible business environment for innovation and entrepreneurship but also has nurtured a group of talented people. Also, Taizhou has unique geographical advantages in import and export trade as a coastal city, and the introduction of external talents and technology. Given the above factors, at the Taizhou National People's Congress, Dr. Ye Dejian suggested that Taizhou's manufacturing industry should be upgraded to computer system manufacturing, thus the concept of the Silicon Valley in eastern Zhejiang began to take shape.
To create the Silicon Valley in eastern Zhejiang, ClearTV has introduced a top 500 talent project, recruited a group of outstanding talents who graduated from famous universities, and planned to set up a computer hardware and software technology research and development team of several hundred people in the Taizhou headquarters building. ClearTV has made breakthrough progress in the formation of recruitment and training of high-level computer technical talents, more than 20 high-level masters from 985 and 211 universities have been recruited to its staff, and the number will be expanded to more than 200 people in the next 1-2 years.

High-tech talents help to escort network security.
With the rapid development of borderless networks and digital processes, the traditional protection mode has begun to pose major security risks. Besides, the security measures of service terminals and cloud service centers are fragmented and lack unified management. Therefore, ClearTV believes that to fundamentally solve the problem, it is necessary to rely on autonomous chips.
In 2022, relying on a number of national invention patents, ClearTV and Academician Guan Xiaohong, an entrepreneur in Taizhou's "Top 500 Elite Plan", established Zhejiang ClearTV Data Security Application Co., LTD., giving play to the technical advantages of Xi'an Jiaotong University and ClearTV 's advantages to provide support for critical information infrastructure. The "Sai 'an No. 1" security control chip and series of security control terminal products have effectively solved the difficult problems of external network security control.
In the future, the headquarters building will serve as the base of data security application companies, committed to providing network security system solutions for various industries such as government, healthcare, energy, and the IoT.

The headquarters building is expected to be completed in December 2024. At that time, in Taizhou, the birthplace of the private economy, ClearTV will actively carry forward its technological patent advantages, combining Taizhou production capacity with Shanghai’s advanced scientific research technology, accelerating the process of digitization and industrialization of the Jiaojiang industrial economy. At the same time, ClearTV will provide more than 1,000 new job opportunities, achieve a business income of 41-69 million USD, and provide a platform for Taizhou youth to realize self-value, thereby driving a new atmosphere of national innovation.
