Tongji Hospital of Tongji University (Nurse Call System/Bedside Interactive System/Remote Visit System)

Tongji Hospital, as the only top comprehensive hospital in Putuo District, has been built into a large-scale emergency and critical diagnosis and treatment center in Northwest Shanghai. 1500 beds have been come on stream, and the outpatient and emergency section received patient exceed 2 million people a year. 

At the end of 2020, CLEAR designed a complete set of bedside interaction system for Tongji hospital, including entertainment interaction, nurse call module, remote visit module, nursing reality module, etc.

There are 113 points in the hospital adapted the system. After the deployment, it provides convenience for medical staff and patients. In holidays, the template will automatically switch to the holiday celebration mode, and the screen brightness will be reduced during lunch and evening breaks, with fixed call sound; When the nurse rounds the room, the data of the patient is automatically called out through the terminal, and the shift can be handed over through the nurse whiteboard in the nurse station, which significantly reduces the workload of nurse. The system deployment has been highly praised by the medical staff and patients, also improves the patients’ satisfaction.
